Application Instructions

1. Apply generously 15-20 minutes before sun exposure
2. Reapply every 2 hours, or immediately after swimming or sweating
3. Use approximately 35ml (7 teaspoons) for full body coverage
4. Don't forget ears, back of neck, and tops of feet

For best results: Apply to dry skin. Allow to absorb before dressing. Reapply frequently for extended outdoor activities.
