By using this website and placing orders, you agree to these terms and conditions. Kool-a-Sun Manufacturing reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Retail prices include VAT. Wholesale prices exclude VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. An order is only confirmed once payment has been received.
We accept EFT and bank transfers. Payment must be received before orders are dispatched. Wholesale accounts may qualify for 30-day payment terms upon approval.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to the buyer upon dispatch.

Kool-a-Sun Manufacturing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the products purchased.
