Returns & Exchanges

Return Period

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

How to Return

1. Contact us at info@koolasun.co.za with your order number
2. We will provide you with return instructions
3. Ship the product back in its original packaging
4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the return

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Custom-branded and white-label products are non-returnable.
